From Sept to June:

• 1 occ 60 €
• 2 occ 70 €
• 4 occ 100 €

Jul - Aug:

• 1 occ 70 €
• 2 occ 80 €
• 4 occ 110 €

Rates are per room, per night.
2 Night Minimum Stay Kids of 3 or less free stay if sleeping w/ parents, special accomodation if required.
Discount for multinight stay (five nights or more).
Check-in from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Check-out within 10 a.m.

Pets are not allowed.

The prices include: breakfast, private parking, wi-fi internet, use of the common garden and the small swimming pool (during the summer).

Cleaning every 3 days of stay with change of towels.
Change of sheets every 7 days.

Breakfast In each room there is a breakfast corner with: a small fridge, an espresso coffee maker, a microwave and packaged snacks for an Italian breakfast.
